FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. How can I see a doctor?

You can visit us by asking your doctor for a referral. We work in consultation with your physician to formulate a successful plan. If you don't have a doctor, you can self-refer.

2. What should I bring to my first visit?

If possible, please bring your X-rays, MRIs (or the reports), any relevant previous studies or procedures, a list of current and past medications, and your last doctor's note. We can obtain this information, but doin so can result in delays. A questionnaire will need to be completed prior to our interview, so arrive 15 minutes early to allow enough time to complete it.

3. What do I need to do if I am getting a procedure done?

Do not eat or drink 8 hours prior to the procedure. Stop using aspirin 8 days prior. Call us as soon as possible if you are taking any other anticoagulants (blood thinners). Have someone available to drive you home and monitor you for at least 6 hours, afterwards.

4. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes, we accept all major credit cards.
